Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Understanding Client Needs: Engage in in-depth consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences to determine their needs and goals for their space or project
- Design Consultation: Offer expert advice and guidance on design concepts, materials, and product selections that align with the client's vision and budget
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, specifications, and industry trends to effectively recommend and incorporate suitable products into design proposals
- Space Planning and Layout: Utilize CAD software or other design tools to create detailed space plans and layout designs that optimize functionality and aesthetics
- Experienced employees in the sales and marketing sector, we are also looking for creative, experienced interior designers to transform customer needs into practical and innovative designs
- Those with sales and marketing experience are encouraged to apply
Requirements:
- Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field
- Aesthetic sensitivity, understanding in color, material and style
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, etc. (advantage)
- Communication, teamwork, and project management skills
- Skilled in using social media, Facebook ads, Instagram ads and Tiktok ads
Benefits:
- Basic Salary RM 2200 - RM 3500 (based on experience)
- Allowances + Commission + Incentives + Target sales (RM 2500 to RM 10,000)
- EPF and Socso after permanent
- Training is provided
- Schedule : Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Advantage for experience designers sales for kitchen cabinet / shoes rack / wardrobe / tv cabinet / renovation
Qualification:
Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma , Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
